A rare case of the show being better than the movie

There aren't a lot of cases of this being true. The Gentlemen comes to mind, but hard to think of others...maybe Fargo.

I was going to watch The Gentlemen but I wasnt sure if it was good or not.

I do love this show, although season 4 was a let down. season 6 drops Oct 21.

Movie was pretty nice too. Actually, the only funny Taika Waititi movie.

Well there's a few possible cases - Firefly, Doctor Who (if you count the 1996 TV movie as a "movie" and compare it against the show at its peak in the 70's), plus I am sure the actual show of "Perry Mason" was better than most of the revival TV-movies that came of it later, though that is a matter of personal taste I'm sure.
