I enjoyed this series overall and thought each episode did a great job at building towards the next. They all had a very suspenseful ending which was great.

I really liked Sophie's character, but I'm not sure where this series can go now. Jenny is back and Sophie will be in jail so we probably won't see too much of her in season 2. What can they do for season 2, another child disappears to reveal a big secret in the community? I think they kind of wrapped everything up.

It may just be a totally different story with different actors, though the show creator doubts there will be a season 2. The series wrapped up pretty much everything one needed to know. I did enjoy the series, even though I thought Jenny was incredibly stupid, and I questioned whether Chris could have been held down in the pool, she seemed too small to accomplish that.

I guess I just assumed that there would be a season 2 since most series shoot for a sequel of some sort. I would be fine with a one and done season as everything was concluded.

I agree with your points on Jenny and Sophie. Chris should have appeared much more intoxicated than he was to make it believable.
