I'd watch a sequel just for Millie and the Tewksbury kid. They had great chemistry and were written well. However, the rest of the writing left a lot to be desired. I would like a more intelligent approach to the detective work and continuity.
My biggest problem with the film was that her mother didn't have to abandon her without a word and leave silly clues. On top of that, the mother is a terrorist which ruins the very foundation of the quest.
My lesser problems include: Low T Sherlock. Mycroft is evil Republican. Enola supposed to not know about outside world but has keen insights to outside world details.
Not a great movie but the leads were engaging. I'm happy for MBB.
