Great Acting, Average Movie

Worth a watch for the performances alone. Majors and Powell are both great. Movie itself is just average. A bit too long and felt the stuff in France could've been cut. Pretty standard stuff as far as War biopic's go. CGI did not look good and the flying seqeunces were far and in between. Will say the 3rd act was strong and the ending was really emotional. Not sure if I'd rush out to the theater to see it, but worth a watch for sure when it hits streaming.

The scene that I thought really stood out, as far as great acting, was the one where they show Jesse look at himself in the mirror and hurl at himself the vicious attacks and slurs that he had faced his entire life. Majors gave an amazing performance.
