Fritz's last victim seems to rub something on his crotch that makes him repeatedly cry out in pain before he strangles her, but I have no idea what she used. Does the film show what it was?

Yes, it's a glass of mustard. She first dips a sausage in it and eats it, and then decides to do a little revenge.
