Roman (spoilers)

Since CONNER's the one who made the preparations for the FUNERAL, imo, he acted more like a CEO than any of the rest of his BACKSTABBING siblings.

ROMAN:

mostly ignored: he helped to call the shots for the election, yet on the streets, he is an irrelevancy rather than a boogeyman. This might be the greatest tragedy for a man who wanted to be as ruthless and feared by the public as his father.

when he takes the podium, he breaks down in a manner not entirely dissimilar to his mountaintop argument with Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) a few episodes prior — contemplating his grief without the question of business hovering over his head highlights him as the most human character in the family. He may be the most despicable of the four children (although it is a close contest), but once he overcomes his ironic detachment from every situation, he reveals himself to be the most sensitive too. This week's episode further exposes just how much Roman's life has suffered due to his father molding him to follow in his footsteps

Personally I found what his UNCLE EWAN had to say about Roman's father to be much more INSIGHTFUL and ACCURATE than anything ROMAN would have said about him (IF Roman hadn't had his BIG MELTDOWN at the FUNERAL ... like the other one that he was had on the MOUTAINTOP with MATSSON).

Also wonder if he might SWITCH SIDES and end up PROTESTING against the company along with the rest of the protestors in the street who beat him up??? And if Kendal might also try to have ROMAN KILLED or locked up for being NUTS as a way to stop him from telling what he knows about the company???

With Roman's NON STOP POTTY MOUTH (which says things about getting his sister pregnant & getting sexually aroused by watching her breast feed her infant ... or brags about having the "Prick of the President" in his pocket), one can also see the reason why some shrink would be willing enough to LOCK him UP for being insane.

Here's another idea:

What if ROMAN is kidnapped by some of those protestors and held for RANSOM???

Would KENDAL or SHIV or anyone else be willing to PAY it???

And what if MATSSON is the only one willing to do so???

Maybe that would also piss off ROMAN enough to vote in favor of what Matsson wants & then that also results in Roman becoming the American CEO or getting the job that Shiv wants???
