its comes on pretty fast especially if is it some A grade uncut Columbian Yayo. most coke sold on the streets of USA is cut to shit and is 20 percent active drug if lucky. the only way to get good coke is be rich with solid connections to top drug dealers or take a vacation to South America and try the real stuff at the source (what i did back in the day)

In the late eighties or early nineties, didn't that young basketball player, Len Bias, die instantly after one snort of cocaine? It's rare, but wasn't that a case where a non-user's first usage resulted in an immediate and fatal cardiac arrest?
