Audiobooks
I know this is a movie forum but these audiobooks use the music from the Peter Jackson movies and the voice actor does a great job mimicing the movie characters.
My point is that I've been watching this Amazon sh*t show from afar and it got me thinking. I have never read the original books.
I highly recommend the audiobooks by Phil Dragash. They're on You Tube if you're on a budget. Guy does a great job.
