shareIt is possible since he was still able to assume a fair guise at that time in history. Probably they figured everyone would think meteor man was Sauron, and this guy the lost rightful heir or something, but it will probably be the opposite cuz twists.
shareWhy would anyone think meteor man was Sauron? Absurd. Halbrand cannot be Sauron, clearly the way he reacted when Galadriel went under is not how Sauron would react(when there was no one to observe him), unless it's really really bad writing.
