So ... Thoughts on the trial? SPOILER

They capture and put him on trial. I'm watching this wondering if that is truly how it would of played out. So I got questions. It's interesting none the less.

1. Where would he be tried? I'm not sure where this trial is supposedly taking place but wouldn't it take place in the United States? Or even Israel? Or maybe the United nations has something in place for this?

2. Would they / Hitler want a Jewish lawyer up to defend him? Seems odd.

3. Would it be televised for the whole world to see?

4. Isn't this just a slam dunk case? I mean c'mon .. there has to be plenty of history and proof and witnesses that would prove without a showdow of a doubt that he did what he did.

I get the idea of the putting Hitler on trial. It seems kinda neat to see how it might play out but it seems to me this would never happen this way. Am I wrong? I'd think they would just hang him pretty much after his capture, a la Saddam Hussein.
