Somehow that photo proved that the judges wife was having an affair. I couldnt see it and they didnt explain it.
shareshe took photos of a guy wearing a hat and then there were photos in a hotel room and the hat is on the bed. I assume the Judge confronted her on this and she admitted to having an affair. didn't really (not that I could figure out) have anything to do with the overall story.
