Did WB get a "special deal" for It2?

It was the most anticipated film of the month by far. If they got that 67% domestic that The Lion King got, then it will be making profit by next weekend FROM DOMESTIC ALONE since the budget is only 70 million and market and distribution costs are paid by home media.

I don't know for sure though...there are no "confirmed reports" to be found of this "special deal" just like I can't find one on The Lion King.
