Someone please explain the backstory (spoiler alert)

So there are two things I want to know.

1) Was It a relative of Beverly as there was the immigrant clown?
2) Is the immigrant clown actually It?
3) I didn't get any of the american indian background. The evil arrived as a metereor? Is it alien? What were the lights?

That’s three things.

1) No

2) That may have been an identity used by It at some point

3) It arrived in a meteor ... it is a creature from another dimension. The Dead Lights are the true form of the creature - the Clown is only a physical body created by people’s fear.
