Now have it ranked in as my 4th Favorite CBM ever and IMO one of The overall best CBMs ever made, I consider Logan, The Avengers and The Dark Knight a 3 way tie for the greatest CBMs ever made, All are Equally great for completely different reasons and IMO any of the 3 could be ranked as #1...I now have Joker Just a Hair behind them.

speaking of "disappearing"....seeing how you attempted to troll on all 8 of Disney's 1 Billion + films in 2019, before abandoning and completely "disappearing" from each films board immediately after those films past the 1 Billion + and all your Predictions failed ....
I imagine you thought your year of PURE HELL couldnt get any worse.....To My great Joy It did....
Your true failure has never before been seen so clearly in PURE COLD FACTS and DATA.....
In a year when you HOPELESSLY tried to troll on 8 different Disney films that Topped 1 BILLION + which resulted in nothing but the usual failure, embarrassment and shame.....STUNNING somehow it gets worse for you with Deadline confirming Disney's Profit on those films and those profits are simply staggering!!! and can only be PURE HELL for someone with your kind of Hatred for Disney....
Imagine for a second, waking up everyday, getting on the internet and having The uncontrollable fate of having to Troll on Disney because you hate them so incredibly much....imagine having to live with knowing Disney had The greatest year in Hollywood History in 2019 that absolutely KILLED YOU...Then imagine waking up today to this-

But you better believe there have been way more than 20 comic films made since the mid-2000’s, and a lot of them have indeed been high-quality.
In truth, there are no less than 60 CBM’s out there. Too much? Nope. For sure film snobs/the elite will continue to have issues (to put it mildly) with the popularity and existence of these films and shall constantly moan about them (though some snobs can feel comfortable liking those like the “groundbreaking” likes of Joker cuz it’s non-fantastical and apparently darker than darkness itself), and that’s funny. Taters gonna tate XD

I don't mind there being a lot of comic book movies... there are lots of horror movies and thrillers, so i don't see a reason to complain...
I think maybe cutting down the list to the top 5 (if three is too small) would force us to make real decisions about which ones we really liked more than the others... that's all.
I though the Joker was overrated... It was ok, but wouldn't make my top 7 CBM...
I'm not sure how "definitive" it might be... Also, I'm assuming we're talking action/adventure/superhero type stuff. You're not looking for anybody to include Ghost World, in other words...? I'm also guessing you mean Western comics and we're excluding manga (ie, Akira's out).
So, that said, here's my list. The exact order would change from day to day, I'm sure, but it's roughly correct.
1. Logan - transcends superhero/comic book movies and becomes just a great movie on its own rights.
2. Joker - likewise: this is just a great character study and drama, even without the comic.
3. Batman Returns - Batman at his gothic best.
4. Batman - almost a tie for me.
5. Dick Tracy - perfectly replicates is source on screen; did the living comic book before Sin City.
6. Dredd - really tight action flick
7. Watchmen - most of its power is thanks to the comic...still, though.
8. Mask of the Phantasm - I'm a Batman fan.
9. Deadpool - great character; breath of fresh air.
10. The Crow - drips atmosphere
11. V for Vendetta - the Shadow + 1984 + Alan Moore
12. Batman Begins - feels real
13. The Dark Knight - Ledger!
14. The Avengers - $100 million dollar version of me playing with action figures: Whedon knows what he's doing...!
15. Spider-Man 2 - best of the Spidermans
16. Hellboy 2 - Del Toro does his thing!
17. 300 - small scale epic
18. Sin City - living comic
19. X2 - after the first one, it's more comfortable with its characters
20. Iron Man - set the mould.
I haven't seen the new Spiderman films and I left of "original" material (like Unbreakable and Dark Man) because, although comic book-y, it wasn't based on anything. I felt V for Vendetta was superheroic enough. I kinda wish I'd found room for Batman: the Movie, Mystery Men, and The Phantom for their goofy fun (especially MM), but there just wasn't room.
Because it said "comic book movie", I didn't put up comic book-esque or superhero-type films that didn't have source material. It would have been hard to leave off Robocop if I didn't.
