It doesn't look bad. But you probably could get away with calling this something else and not connecting it to batman at all. And really it doesn't have the vibe of Comic Joker. The one who will beat you in the face and tell you hilarious jokes. Also dose WB even care about continuity at all now. Or did they just say Fuck it.

shareI'm fairly certain that they've just said "Fuck it", now. I can see the vibe/direction that they're going for, but it just feels kind of flat. I'll see it eventually, and it will hopefully be better than I expect it will be.

I've felt for a while now that DC needs to not try to copy what Marvel has done and just concentrate on making good movies. If the movies are good, people will see them. I was not interested in this movie at all but after seeing the trailer, it looks like it might be really good.
