I'm hoping she comes back in either Cobra Kai The College Years to compete against Tory or she can come back in The Iron Dragons and take on Zara. Its just a question which series Netflix drops first

I liked the movie and being one of Myagi’s few students it makes sense that he would have introduced her to LaRusso.

So having her appear during the series also would have made sense.

Even if she just called LaRusso to wish them luck during the Sekai Taikai saying she wished she could be there.

I wonder if they ever considered asking her or if they did and she said no?

Hilary Swank didn't want to return for whatever reason. They had plans to bring Julie into the mix. You dolt.

Also, the movie WAS acknowledged because it changed Miyagi's name from what we learned in the second movie, and Season 6 built a storyline around it being a fake one he went by. SO THERE.
