Spoiler alert since the new episodes are released now, but in part this is already relevant for the first few episodes.

Kreese, an escaped convict. Travels the world via plane? Barcelona would extradite him on the spot if they know who that is. But to register and be at the Sekai Taikai, he most certainly will have to reveal himself, and he openly shows himself to everyone there in broad daylight.

And nobody is addressing this elephant in the room: "Why is that guy even here?!?!"

First of all, wasn’t he cleared? Second, I don’t think that is how it works. Unless there is an international warrant for his arrest, Spain wouldn’t know that he is a wanted fugitive in the USA - and since his crime was not nearly serious enough to justify an international warrant, he is probably safe in Spain as long as he doesn’t commit any crime there.

When was he cleared? He escaped from prison last time we see him in season 5.

He said that the charges were dropped. What I find confusing is that he did break out of prison and that is a felony in itself AFAIK.

The escape in itself, the assault on the officer, and the stealing of the key card that he swiped from that therapist were all dropped
