I just finished season 2.
Has anybody else noticed Johnny drinks and drives almost every episode? Gets out of the car wasted holding an open container, guzzling it as he staggers inside.
Never gets a DUI.

It's a tv show designed to be entertaining, not educational. Suspension of disbelief is a skill that, when developed, greatly enhances your enjoyment of fiction.
