when he's healed? Because Robby was defending himself from Miguel, who assaulted him. It was a 1-on-1 fight until Miguel assaulted Robby; who was trying to break up the girls' fight.

And why is Johnny in jail and Tory or Hawk aren't?

As much as I enjoy the HELL out of this show, the villainzation of certain characters is pretty frustrating; especially while others seemingly go unpunished.

Aside from refusing to admit he bullied Daniel, Johnny hasn't done anything wrong to anyone in this show.He was kind of a dick when he refused to tell Daniel why he was "hiding" his kid, but it's not criminal and was really just a misunderstanding. None of the adults had anything to do with the brawl and it looks like HE takes heat for it.

Miguel is a victim because of how it started, but one of the primary instigators behind the brawl: the other two being Tory and Hawk.

Johnny isn't in jail. As for Tory and Hawk, we don't know their punishments. They have likely been expelled from school.

Ah, I didn't know a trailer was out. Hang on a sec...

So he is in jail, but we don't know what for. Maybe he attacks Kreese or something. It doesn't have to be because of the school fight.

My theory based on the trailer:

All the footage is from the first episode. Johnny gets drunk and goes to the Cobra Kai dojo. Johnny confronts Kreese and has Kreese beat, but Johnny gets sucker-punched and beaten by Hawk. Johnny gets arrested. Since he has no one to turn to, he calls Daniel who actually bails him out. This is when they have the "What did you think would happen?" talk.

I also think we will have a time jump after Miguel wakes up.

The "what did you think would happen" comment has to do with the school fight. At the end of the last episode, Johnny gave up everything Cobra Kai, including his car. He isnt going back to fight Kreese at the dojo

I think it will be bigger than that. Otherwise they wouldn't show him clutching the bars so dramatically. Unless he's getting more bad news while he's in there.

Johnny was visiting his son who was in jail. Him clutching the bars has to do with him seeing Robby

No. Miguel wouldn't go to Juvee for "starting" a school fight. What was key & what many people witnessed was that Miguel had Robby at his mercy but called off the fight & was trying to walk away when Robby blindsided him & kicked him over a railing, giving Miguel life threatening injuries.

School fights happen all the time & almost never result in kids going to jail except in extreme circumstances e.g. like someone walking away from a fight & being kicked over a balcony & possibly paralyzed.

I honestly think Robby will get off light when all is said and done. My prediction is he'll be out before we're halfway through the season.

This show is pure fantasy. After seeing kids go from wimpy nerds to martial arts phenomena within a few months, and an armageddon karate fight that engulfs an entire high school, I'm no longer expecting realism. It is very entertaining, though.

I think he will too, I was just curious if Miguel is going to be punished in any way, shape, or form. I know a trailer is just a trailer, but Robby's in jail and Miguel is "the victim" really jus tbecause of how it ended; and Tory, Miguel, and Hawk started the whole thing.
