Now I will say that I was 10 years old when I saw The Karate Kid when it was originally released so I have a major soft spot for that movie. After the first episode of CK I leaned over to my buddy and said "I have no idea if this is a good show or not, but it's awesome!" I really can't wait to see the rest of the episodes!

I looked up the IMDB page on the series to see if any original cast members pop up and unfortunately didn't see any. If Kreese was going to be involved I could see them keeping a lid on it for now so still holding out hope for that.

shareI hope not. The two they have are enough. There's really no reason to keep Daniel around. He's a good and acts like one of the cars in his shop was dropped on his head. Johnny can carry the show just fine.
They could even have a couple of his buddies show up. Bobby or Tommy or Dutch. It's unnecessary to involve Kreese.
