Title and advertising is completely misleading

I didn’t think the lead was “unsane” and her stalker was an hallucination for a second and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Good movie though. Always nice to see Josh from The Blair Witch Project in a movie.

Actually, I knew nothing about this movie when I turned it on - not even that it was directed by Soderbergh. I didn't think she was insane but I wasn't sure of the nurse was the stalker when it first came out. And he was in Blair Witch? Go know.
