I have no intention of seeing it on big screen.....Wikipedia didn’t put up plot yet...so can you tell the whole plot.

2. Woman is upset and suicidal as a result and tells psychiatrist.
3. Psychiatrist makes sure woman is incarcerated in mental hospital against her will.
4. Woman sees stalker working in hospital and freaks out over it.
5. Stalker kills people to prevent them telling others about his activities.
6. Stalker corners woman in solitary confinement to have sex with her.
7. Stalker kidnaps woman, woman shanks him with blade from fellow inmate that he kills, gets away.
8. Truth comes out, hospital is closed due to illegal activity, woman returns to her job.
9. Woman sees stalker but turns out to be another man entirely, thinks she's gone nuts.
That's about the briefist gist of it.

1)So why is the stalker stalking her at her new job if he was just a guy working in psychiatric ward? Why did he choose her?
2)what are the other illegal activities in the hospital if the only illegal activity is the stalker acting that way(killing people)?why would the whole hospital close down due to illegal activity by one guy aka stalker?
3) why is the psychiatrist so eager to get the woman joined in the hospital? It’s very unnatural that psychiatrist is so quick to admit patient?

1. He's a stalker and was only working the hospital because she was there. She had moved to get away from him, but he found her. That's what stalkers do.
2. Insurance fraud. They were making up reasons to keep people there to get insurance money.

4. The stalker and killer are one and the same.
5. Only co-conspirators are the employees involved in insurance fraud.
6. That's up to the viewer to decide. Yes the stalker exists, yes she has mental issues because of it.
What I meant by point 9 is that in the final scene, the woman is at a lunch break with a female co-worker and she sees a man sitting at a table nearby with his back (and slightly to the side) to her that she swears looks just like the stalker, she picks up a knife at her table and goes over to him. She's about to confront her stalker (she thinks) but once she sees the man's face fully, it is someone else. She just imagined it was her stalker, as obviously he traumatised her. She then drops the knife (I figure that would cause questions in itself) and walks out into the street, warily keeping an eye out. Credits roll.

1)Is the stalker so aimless in his life that he would go through all the trouble of getting a job at psychiatric ward just so he could stalk/harass her ? Stalking someone while you have a steady job is one thing but this is whole another level.

3)The hospital is doing a shitty job breaking the law with insurance fraud as all it takes is one patient to run out and call cops...isn’t it risky strategy for them to force perfectly healthy people like our lead to join the hospital ? Don’t they know she will try everything to get out and get them caught? It seems it’s just about a matter of time before they are caught.Pretty shitty plan by hospital Dont you think? Or did the movie make it more complicated to get out?
How does she get out and call the cops? Why has she waited long to break out?how long was she in?
1. Even in real life, stalkers go to great lengths to get their prey. Actually as it turns out, he killed the guy who was actually hired and took over his identity. That was one issue I had with the movie - didn't they ever personally interview who they hired?
2. She was a volunteer and use to read to his dying father. He became obsessed with her, they never dated.
3. She filled out paperwork at the beginning without reading it (they didn't advise either) and committed herself to 24 hour observation. Obviously she became angry and hostile, which gave them the right to commit her for 7 days as a danger to herself and others. 7 days seemed to be the magically insurance number.
She called the cops first...but the hospital had signed paperwork. She called her mother but administration kind of sweet talked her, mothers attorney, wasn't helpful. Once they found the body of the real person that was to be hired, things fell in to play. One of the other patients was also an undercover reporter.
