Marvel is over. Their best characters are either deceased or retired or ruined. Spider-Kid and Ms. Marvel aren't going to save the franchise, or replace Cap/Iron Man/Black Widow/real Hulk.

Fantastic 4, Dr Strange , The Eternals , X Men , Spiderman, yeh, Marvel is really over.

You'd be surprised. As long as Kevin Feige is still in charge, Marvel still has a high chance of success. They made Iron Man a leader (he was a C-tier comic character), made Thor lovable, made Guardians of the Galaxy popular (completely unknown universe), made Ant-Man cool, and when an unknown like Doctor Strange showed up to save the day, the audience cheered out of their minds.

We can't write off what they'll do with their next phase when they have successfully done so well in the first one, making unknowns and C-list heroees into superstars.
