Of course she dreamt everything, it wasn't her daughter, too perfect of an ending.

From my understanding it wasnt a dream, where did you get that ideia?? Did i miss a scene where they revealed that???

It was not in the least ambiguous. Obvious spoilers: Claire confessed to 'saving' a child she heard while the fire was burning. She knew her child had already died so she took this one that was alive. This was Noomi's character's daughter. Claire will ultimately have to give up the child.

I can’t tell if you are trolling or just saw a completely different film. In no way whatsoever was there a hint it was a dream. Clair confessed to stealing her child during the hospital fire.
