I donno if you would call it "killed" but I thought he fell off a ledge.

When he was trying to choke Jin-seok, the railing broke and he fell over. Jin-seok couldn't hold onto him and he fell to his death.

I just saw this today. Wasn't it a great movie? I loved it!
