Yes, I’m replying to a 5 year old question. And, yes, I signed up for this site just to do that. No, I’m not that lame- I just like to be helpful. Ok, ok. Maybe I’m not a saint. But that isn’t related to why I am feeling the need to respond.

The mom didn’t rebuild because she didn’t have the $. She never received the payout. She only vaguely referred to it as “something with the arson clause”…. To Anna K when she was playing the insurance agent. “You people and the arson clause.” Something like that.
