The characters, dialogue and most of the storyline is great. The actors who portray Villanelle and Konstantin deserve Emmys.

But, Villanelle could've easily been arrested several times: Eve had her home address; Villanelle had Eve's home address and was obsessed = impending visit; Eve knew Villanelle was going to return to Anna's house; Eve knew Villanelle was stabbed therefore Kenny could've monitored emergency chatter or hospital admissions; Villanelle had Anna's phone. Can't those things be traced?

Eve is like the Gilligan of MI6 agents.

England is notorious for CCTV, so she would have been caught on camera a zillion times and tracked down...

England has lots of CCTV cameras, but the reality is they aren't all that great for tracking down people unless the people stay in one place long enough. The cameras aren't all watched 24/7 instead they go back and review tape after a crime has been committed and try to use it to track down the perpetrator but if you are an assassin that has used a hotel room then they aren't of much use a day after the kill when the assassin would have moved on to some other place and other country.

She has perpetrated many crimes in broad day light with little or no disguise. All they would need is a BOLO with a current picture which they would have a zillion times over like I said.
Also she doesn't exactly lay low or go to ground. She goes back to her hotel room to Netflix and Chill for a while or she strolls the streets of Paris looking for the latest Fendi purse.

Considering they have nearly 700 violent crimes per day solving 6 per day is well... rather pathetic.
