After being stabbed 4 times and having a funeral I was shocked to see her back in the trailer
share*spoils* She's a projection by Carl Jenkins using his Psionic powers to Rico's mind. You'll notice she's pretty much wearing the same clothes she wore shortly before she died, at the camp site 20 years earlier.
