I didn't really think that he was insulting people for not liking it. I thought he even pointed out reasons people might not like it. It's the people who go out and trash the movie and insult those who do like it. I could be wrong, but it is satire.

I haven't seen it yet, but I do adore cheesy musicals. I am planning on seeing it.
