The theme music to "Good Times", a TV show set 20+ years in the future? I like me some Gil Scott-Heron and "Whitey's on the Moon" is one of my favorites, but it felt really out of place here as well.

This whole episode felt really rushed through, I think any other show would have spent 2-3 episodes on it. I'm trying to decide if they're making this a single-season show to match the book (I haven't read it, only skimmed the Wikipedia entry for it).

I thought the same - it was all a little too easy and convenient how they got out of there.

Oh, and Atticus had power over the entire Order? Riiiiiiight....

What was more improbable than that was his attitude during the whole ordeal. Tic seemed to have gone off the deep end a bit, his ranting & terrible behavior to the locals especially after being welcomed by Titus who was white. His shouting & accusing everybody, especially the dog woman who blew the whistle was just too out there to believe that in their situation they’d go ahead & do. But we’ll be damned that’s exactly what “he” did, idiot.
