How many Elizabeth's did Henry kill? I didn't understand Henry's psyche. Did he like killing her? Was he insane, mentally ill, a serial killer?

Clone number one and two we are simply told that at birth there were complications - the suggestion being they died (or were maybe disposed of)
Number 3 - Henry tells us that she suffocated herself on a pillow. However, Oliver suggests Henry may have strangled her.
Number 4 - Henry killed with a machete
Number 5 - Henry attempted to kill her - be she resisted and stabbed him in the back, killing him.
Number 6 - Survives and kills number 5.
So actually, we only know with certainty that Henry killed one of the clones.
