Who does Deadpool play?

He plays Deadpool more or less but without the costume and swords. Talks like the usual Ryan Reynolds deadpool. Kevin Hart on the other hand was some US Marshall that wants to hit it big one day while sitting in a public stall to do the dirty deed.

What irked me about this whole movie was how open they were about talking about their units they were in as in open public where everyone can hear.
