My wife watched it
My wife and I used to be a fans of the original movie till comedy central had it playing constantly for what seemed like a year. Too much of a good thing in the Early 2000's.
She decided to watch the original and the sequel and this is what she said:
"The original is better and the sequel was not needed. It's not as bad as s Bill and Ted face the Music, but it's not much better."
