Best marvel trilogy?

It's a bit heavy-handed at times. And, the Red Skull wasn't developed much at all. He was there, he did a couple things, then he made a blunder and died. Nothing about his confrontation with Captain America felt epic or awesome. It just kind of happened. And then, the end of the film tried to tug on the audiences emotions, but with emotion it hadn't earned because it never laid the groundwork to develop it. And finally, at the very end, Captain America more or less gives up. He's like "guess I gotta crash the plane. kbye." It's as if he'd read the script and knew it was curtains for him. He certainly could have tried to crash the plane and bail out, or jury-rig the controls, or something, but instead he just kind of gave up. Very un-heroic of him. That entire ending needed to be rewritten.

The movie doesn't suck, per se, but it's not a well-structured film, and it had a lot of problems that could have been solved had someone competent rewrote some parts of the story.
