I think the last two women, Olivia and Markie, should have done two truths so when it gets to Calax the demon, the demon has to accept a dare from Olivia. Then Olivia just has to say 'I dare you to go back to hell'. The demon leaves, the end.

No I’m sure Calex would’ve been bound by the dare, too
But with Olivia and Markie left, there’s no way to force Calex into dare.
It’s truth-truth-dare; with three players, they’ll always have the same roles UNLESS Calex willingly accepts a dare (and he’s too smart to do that)

It occurs to me though, that if one girl dies from her dare, and the other girl survives her next dare, Calex COULD be forced into a dare.
That would've been a better ending than drawing millions of innocents into their stupid game
