New watcher. A few questions.
No spoilers please.
I only watched just the 2nd episode last night. I am still trying to get the rules and framework from this universe.
At first I thought maybe all supers were from Viltrum, but am thinking that was wrong. So the ones that aren't - that are from Earth - or some other universe or planet, how do they get their powers? Are they naturally born with it like X-Men or Metahumans in DC? Accidents? Some combo of both?
