Branagh is playing exactly the same role!

And the whole spy stuff, the protagonist befriending Branaghs terminal Russian oligarch villain, his scenes with the female lead, and the nuclear armageddon plot very similar.. even the look of it , the way its shot, etc

bet Chris Pine wishes he'd been hired to play Neil so he could've had a legit reason to turn down WW84 lol

Knightly as Kat
Gemma Chan as Priya
Sean Connery as Sir Michael
Harrison Ford (or Alec Baldwin) as The Protagonist's CIA boss
Ben Affleck (or John Kransinski) as Ives
