Just another nonsensical package to make Nolan fanboys feel smart! **Spoilers**
The movie is full of self-proclaimed fairy-tale fantasy rules woven by Mr. Nolan, packed in a glamorous packing, made it overly contrived and backed with abstract music score so Nolan fanboys can put their palms on their cheeks and say 'Whoa!'
This logic fail alone is enough to prove that the movie is nonsense and an insult to the word 'science' in Sci-Fi:-
We know that the future people send Gold bars to Sator just by burying them into the ground. Those gold bars at first, had to be inverted and then buried. Then, those gold bars traverse through time in reverse & into the past where Sator can receive. Those gold bars cannot actually move forward in time. But Sator takes them in his hand and now the Goldbar travels forward in time !!!
He will sell those gold bars in open market and make money. Those gold bars will eventually go into making of Jewelries or something else. Going forward in time!!
I also wonder why those gold bars or the jewelries made out of those gold bars not move back in time when kept untouched or while in a show-case and disappear?
So we have to assume "Inverted objects can move forward in time if controlled by consciousness", what Nolan calls it as 'Instrict' as said by JDW when he was playing with the bullet at the lab - This giant stupid leap of logic (Nolan's self-proclaimed scientific movie rule) is to be taken into account in the entire movie for it to make sense.
This Rule supposedly also explains how an inverted person can have free-will. For instance, once a person is inverted, not only the oxygen goes out of his body, but also the brain signals will flow in reverse. The electric signals which the brain sends to muscles should also flow in reverse. But if the above rule is implied, it can explain that they could control the body by 'Instinct'. They just can't control the outside air flow and henceforth require oxygen mask. Ok, but what about the other involuntary bodily functions such as Liver & Kidney? They also ought to work in reverse and create toxins instead of filtering them.
Anyway, overall a good movie for Fanboys to make them feel smart.
