How much of this movie is set in Europe ?

I prefer movies set in America but I see this flick is filmed in places I have never even heard of in order to save money. These foreign and underdeveloped locations will probably make the movie look cheap.

I like movies set in old barns with cheerleaders in Daisy Duke outfits.

Its set in countries like Estonialand, Norwayland, Italy, Denmark, London, India & America.
