Will this movie get overwhelming praise from critics and the media because it has a black lead given the current political climate?

Yes, it could be Christopher Nolan's best movie but all anyone will care about is virtue signaling about a black actor as the star of a $200 million movie.

Get used to it because the Oscars are introducing diversity quotas that producers will have to fill in order to have their movie nominated.

Which pretty much marks the death of creativity in Hollywood when you care more about quotas than the story you are telling. They are doubling down on being stupid.
