The girl is played by Alix West Lefler, who I have seen in The Good Nurse and three Christmas movies. She is also going to be in the remake of Speak No Evil.

Looks interesting, might see it.

This is a little on the slow side. Alix West Lefler is the best part of the film so far.

They really should have called this "Many thanks to Isla" considering how many times they say that line. The King Tide isn't a very interesting or exciting title.

It picks up steam towards the end and the ending worked for me.

7/10 would be my rating. Although it was a little too slow at times, it builds to a satisfying climax. Alix West Lefler gives the best performance.
