How many neighborhoods that are primarily filled with black people do you think are nice?

I lived in a city that was, according to the census at that time, 60 percent black. The area where my college was had a nice neighborhood with, from my experience, was mostly black people. It was a nice area. Two colleges in that town, one was 95ish percent black people and one was 5% black people. I don't know why. LOL. I was planning to transfer to the "black university" when I was injured at school and had to move back home.

I am fine now. Don't ask.
