shareHis attitude doesn't come across as Alpha to me. Quite the opposite.
shareI meant it lightly but it is something that happens with people. They get treated a certain way and treat others in kind when they are able to.
shareYou would think he would understand though. He's kicking off as he thinks the right guy didn't get picked whereas in actual fact the new guy is the most complimentary to the team and ultimately, won't be in competition with Clay to run the team eventually down the line.
