A fair amount of originality
There's a website called Host. A home can be controlled by one app. Samantha becomes disturbed that the house is taking over. But she jumps from the pan into the fire metaphorically speaking when she moves into a smaller house. Break-ins occur there.
There a fair amount of originality in this thriller but it could have done with a villain that's more authentic to the genre. I rate this 5/10.
