So, both the protagonists are in the same timeline, and the other 2 come back in time, one to kill her, and one to save her.....

So how did they see her as a child at the end? Did they go back in time somehow?

AFAIK..

Grace is 10yo in 2020. So in 2042, she's 32yo.
She got sent back in time to protect younger/past Dani, successfully, but died doing so. Her getting sent back does mean there are 2 Grace-s.
