shareTo replace Brad Fiedel? I'm not holding my breath. Can XL construct anything as memorable as the Terminator's Main Theme? All I remember from Fury Road was drum beats and loud noises. But maybe I'll be surprised.
shareat least, junkie xl has a background in electronic music. and for the theme, pretty sure brad fiedel's theme will be re-used.
shareI saw this coming a mile away... and I don’t mean that in a negative way. As I see it, XL is ideal for a movie like this.
Naysayers can dismiss his acclaimed score for Fury Road - or work in general - but he has clearly become one of the most-in demand composers in film, especially when it comes to action films. And yup, it’s for a pretty good reason. I’m down!
