Biggest laugh-out-loud moments?

The audience I watched this with really enjoyed it. Plenty of moments where it felt like everyone was laughing. A few of my favorites:

Owen Wilson's examples of the celebrities who paid off the papparazzi: "Clooney, with the little people, the midgets?" "I didn't know about that." "That's because he paid."

The simple, brilliant slapstick of random people falling over because their shoe-laces were tied together.

Woody climbing the slide, and trying to hide inside his hoodie, only for the camera to pan out and show that the slide is approximately the height of a man, ie, the cop who is standing right next to the slide, looking right at him.

"like my best friend, Wes..." "You just called Wes your best friend, but for years...hell, 3 minutes ago, you were saying that I'm your best friend." "No no, I'm YOUR best friend, but..."

lol. I loved that part. That's the part I was thinking of when I read your title.

Rodents of Unusual Size?...I don't think they exist.

Definitely the kiss puke scene. Then the bouncer came in and saw it and got sick. Then the comment "it's all vegan and organic if that helps"
I laughed so hard I cried

Also when he first said he's vegan, and the one guy just says "why? WHY?"
