So why did they keep dragging a bunch of kids into conflict zones?

Why the hell didn't they separate Peter from the rest of the kids - say he had a family emergency or something, instead of keeping him with the other kids, which meant putting the kids in danger and making it extremely difficult for Peter to keep his activities secret? He'd have been a much more effective superhero if he didn't have to waste energy trying to keep his cover and failing!

Enjoyable film overall, but riddled with massive plot holes.

I'm still trying to figure out how Peter Parker got these superhero abilities in the first place. We saw him for the first time in Captain America Civil War and he already has these powers

I'm sure he mentioned being bitten by a radioactive spider at some point.

Wel, not *sure* sure, but we all know the story so they might as well just present it as a given.

Crawling around an inadequately shielded nuclear reactor? Grew up in a corner of a hospital radiation therapy room? Or a nuclear waste storage facility with cracks in the wall?

Seriously, since it happened that Marvel introduced Spidey as a supporting character while action was underway, they might as well let the writers off the hook and just mention the radioactive spider once.

So its possible after the Cherynobl accident, there are thousands of radio active spiders crawling around Eastern Europe today?

I'm better with reality biology. Marvel Movie Universe biology is whatever the writers pull out of their asses.
