shareIt's well-done in it's execution, but it was a huge mistake killing him that quickly. And not letting us play as Joel?! Epic mistake. We want to whoop ass with this man. We wanted to watch his story (and not just through flashbacks).

shareI can't fathom what made Druckman think people would enjoy playing as her.
shareAt first it felt wrong and strange playing as Abby - but she grew on me after Lev came into the mix.
And it made the ending work.
Seeing Abby at her lowest and totally miserable at that pole - I just wanted to rescue her.
Anybody at that point - who didn't hate to have Elli fight her and supposedly kill her,
didn't get the game and must be a heartless human being.
And for that gut wrenching finale it was worth playing Abby.
Naughty Dog delivered well in my eyes.
As for Joel - it was sad seeing him go - but he had it coming and it was a brave
decision to not just deliver Joel & Elli Part II.
Fuck Abby. And the no "there are no bad guys" crap they seemed hell-bent on shoving down the player's throat.
Oh, except Joel. HE is the bad guy. Forget the fact that they didn't ask Ellie if they could do the surgery if it killed her or were going to kill him. He totally deserved it.
