I love Mike. Something about him is very charming and endearing. He's very calm and comes off kind of cynical and yet there are moments where he breaks down and cries and I just want to hug him. I want to hug everybody! All the guests that they've interviewed have had such great personalities. Aaron Smith-Levin stood out to me, especially.

I believe that they are genuine. The amount of harassment they have to endure by the church is what makes me trust that they aren't lying--they could easily say nothing and people like Mike could at least have a chance with a relationship with their families, but by speaking out and being forced to disconnect I don't see any reason why they would give all of that up unless they were telling the truth.
Seriously, you can't be so cynical you don't even trust what a whistle-blower says about an organization.
